RobersonNEWS.com should NOT be expected to provide each and every tool, forms, websites (free & otherwise), software suggestions, and more. Genealogy is by its very nature a never ending (generally speaking) endeavor and if it's perfection you hope to find on RobersonNEWS.com it's not going to happen. Rather, I hope it to one day be a tool for the times we hit the "genealogical brick wall".

Ideas, suggestions, errors or updates are appreciated provided we follow a few guidelines.

1. Don't be rude. Don't tell people they are dumb, stupid, clueless to name a few. I shouldn't have to say this, however a few people are currently banned from using RobersonNEWS.com for these reasons and more. Be nice, please.

2. If you disagree with something included on the website, please send us a note. Please include what item(s) you think should be considered and why. This is how I've wanted the website to work. Me being one person and unable to spend more than 15–20 hours a week working on the website at best, any help is extremely appreciated.

3. Software. If you think you know a program, website, resource, tools, forms or more that might better help someone to struggle with their genealogy project please, please, please share that knowledge.

4. Please just be nice to everyone. Let's all play nice.

5. If you find materials, comments, or anything you feel may not be constructive, please let me know ASAP.

Working as a community is the best way I know of that can make the journey more enjoyable.
